Here we are again, at the beginning of a new year, and we are excited to be able to share with you our next client feature! This month, we get to learn a bit more about Paul Sanders! Paul is one incredible individual who has come a long way since we first started out! His dedication to the process shows just what happens when you decide to make a commitment to yourself and follow through with it! Paul had never worked out prior to working with Matrix of Motion. He had a history of shoulder issues, back problems and was feeling “tight” just about all the time. We are certainly happy to say that his body is now functioning the way that it should be! Everything has been tuned up and he is able to motor through each workout!
Please help us celebrate with Paul, what he has accomplished so far is incredible and we are excited to see what else is still to come this upcoming year!
- Name: Paul Sanders
- Tell us a bit about yourself:
- I am 60 years old,
- I am an entrepreneur,
- I am married with 4 children all who are girls,
- I love to help people
- How long have you been working out with Matrix of Motion?
- I have been with Greg for about 1 ½ years
- What is your Workout/Exercise/Therapy history:
- I have a pretty physical job at times so my exercise would come mainly from that; lifting, hoisting, etc.,
- I enjoy power walking,
- I stretch in the mornings,
- Why did you start working with Matrix of Motion?
- I had lost a lot of weight after switching to the Isagenix meal regiment and I guess I lost a lot of muscle weight. One of my younger employees was playing around with me and pinned me so that I could not move an inch. I hated that feeling of being “weak”. I never considered myself weak. I believed I could do anything. From that day forward I have dedicated 2 hrs a week to Greg and his workout plans to build up my strength again.
- What do you like most about working with Matrix of Motion?
- I love the variety of each workout,
- The intensity of each workout,
- The great feeling I get afterwards,
- The results I see
- What has your experience been like?
- Positive all the way through,
- I would recommend him to anyone,
- The value of his knowledge far outweighs the cost of the services
- What are your goals? Anything specific that you are working towards?
- Maintaining my strength throughout my whole body,
- Work on cardio strength so I can start playing hockey again
- What do you use as motivation to help keep you moving forward?
- The way I look and feel after each workout,
- No matter how busy or tired I get, that great intangible feeling afterwards keeps me coming back,
- I’ve also been receiving a lot of positive feedback from friends and family who have noticed a change
- What advice can you offer to others who are looking to get in shape/become healthier/starting to exercise etc…
- Start today; don’t wait! There will never be the “right time” to get started so just do it now and get the hard stuff over with. The rest of it is just maintaining your status. No one ever regrets getting in shape and healthy. All they do is regret when they haven’t.
