You will be provided with a Report of Findings and Professional Recommendations to ensure your path towards better health is clear and concise.

EXERCISE

There is nothing traditional about the way we approach human movement and exercise.  Our emphasis is on appropriate force application and challenging your muscles with the least amount of unaccustomed activity.

We want to ensure that your body can tolerate the level of activity involved with our workouts, leading to a more consistent workout regimen, rather than requiring multiple days of rest and recovery before your next training session.

KINESIOLOGY

The study of human movement is the foundation of all that we do at Matrix of Motion.

These sessions will help you identify muscular weaknesses that have been inhibiting your ability to perform daily tasks efficiently.

ATHLETIC THERAPY

This includes the prevention, immediate care, and reconditioning of musculoskeletal injuries. Prevention includes musculoskeletal and postural evaluation, equipment selection, fitting and repair, warmup, conditioning programs, prophylactic or supportive taping, and adapting to the activity environment and facilities. An AT does an orthopaedic assessment of injuries as well as advanced rehabilitation geared to get patients back to sport/activity faster and stronger.
