Every day, Matrix of Motion gets the privilege of working with some incredible individuals. We are truly thankful for each and every one of them that we decided to showcase a different client each month! To kick things off with our very first Client Feature, we get to hear from Jessie Hiltz. Jessie has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Her attitude is always positive and she comes in with one purpose, to exercise. Each workout, Jessie pushes herself as best as she can and she has reaped the benefits from it!

1) Name: Jessie Hiltz
2) Tell us a bit about yourself: I am 65 years old and semi retired, I enjoy walking, hiking and visiting family and friends. In the summer I try to get in a game of golf once in a while.
3) How long have you been working out with Matrix of Motion? I have been working with Matrix of Motion for about one and a half years
4) What is your Workout/Exercise/Therapy history: I workout once a week with Greg and the rest of the week I workout at home by walking or using my own fitness equipment. I also have a regular monthly Muscle Activation Techniques treatment with Greg.
5) Why did you start working with Matrix of Motion? I started working out with Matrix of Motion because as I was aging, like everyone else, I started to feel weaker then I once did before. My friend always spoke highly of Greg and recommended him to me.
6) What do you like most about working with Matrix of Motion? There are many things that I like about working out with Greg. The results that I have gained, his knowledge of fitness, the encouragement that he gives me, and also his private studio in a non-commercial setting is very welcoming.
7) What has your experience been like? My experience with Greg has been amazing. I feel more confident and physically fit than I have for a long time. He changes my routine so that it is never boring and he always makes sure that I am doing the exercises correctly for best results and keeping me injury free.
8) What are your goals? Anything specific that you are working towards? The goals that I have set for myself in the future are to stay fit and also continue to stay healthy.
9) What do you use as motivation to help keep you moving forward? Since I have started working out with Greg,my doctor has reduced my blood pressure medication once and currently we are on a trial basis for completely going medication free. This has been one of the most rewarding things about working out with Matrix of Motion and continues to keep me motivated
10) What advice can you offer to others who are looking to get in shape/become healthier/starting to exercise etc… My advice for anyone wanting to get healthier would be to talk with Greg and give working out a try. I never liked the thought of joining a “big box gym” because I felt intimidated. Greg’s personal and private approach made this first step for me a lot easier and his friendly attitude keeps me coming back each week!
