Sumo stance Deadlift – I’m getting much better at these!!
Push Up – Rocked these ones as well!
Single Arm Dumbbell Row
Shoulder Press – Glad those are done…
Single Leg Squat
Resisted Crunch
Battle Ropes – yikes…
“We did a lot of super sets and had a good variety of exercises. The battle ropes was a good cardio blast at the end of the workout too. We’ll work on those as we progress!” Greg also went on to add some future strength training benchmarks:
135 lbs Deadlift
115 lbs Squat
105 lbs Bench Press.
